Shaikha Al Naqbi is an experienced finance professional with a significant background in the banking sector. Currently serving as the Head of Contracting Finance at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), Shaikha has previously held key positions at Mashreq Corporate & Investment Banking Group, including Senior Vice President for Corporate Origination & Business Development in the Public Sector & Large Corporate, as well as Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager in the Contracting Finance Division. Shaikha began their career as an Account Manager in the same division. Educational accomplishments include advanced studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2018 to 2019 and a recent program at IMD from March 2023 to June 2023.
