Scott Gosslee

Scott Gosslee serves as the Texas Market Executive and Senior Vice President at BankUnited since March 2023, where responsibilities include developing and leading the commercial real estate lending team in Texas and the Southwest. With extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors, Scott has also held managerial positions at Gosslee Group, LLC and Gosslee Capital Ventures, LLC since 2009, focusing on oil and gas interests and real estate investments, respectively. Prior to BankUnited, Scott was a Managing Director at ICP Group and Investar Financial, overseeing real estate acquisitions and portfolio management. Earlier in Scott's career, leadership roles included Chief Operating Officer at Cypress Equities and Regional Manager at Panattoni Development Company. Scott began in the finance industry at Comerica Bank and Societe Generale, ultimately developing a significant real estate lending platform in New York City. Scott earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
