Ilija Milosevic has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ilija began their career as an Aerospace Engineer at YUGOSLAV AIRLINES from May 1998 to September 1999. Ilija then worked as a Regional Sales Manager at TSI from August 2003 to March 2006. Following this, they joined Mayo Clinic as a Consultant/Collaborator from May 2005 to January 2008, where they published a paper in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology. In 2006, they started working at Seagate Technology as a Heat Transfer & Fluid Mechanics Numerical Modeling Engineer until September 2010. Ilija then held the position of Electrical Integration and Design Engineer from September 2010 to June 2013 and later became the Lead Engineer - Head Disc Interaction from July 2013 to August 2015. Since joining Banner Engineering in August 2015, Ilija has held various roles including Technologist, Senior Technologist, Director of Engineering Programs Division, Director of Core Sensors & Engineering Programs Divisions, and currently serves as the Sr. Director of Core Sensors & Engineering Programs Divisions.

Ilija Milosevic completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Belgrade. Ilija then pursued further education at the University of Minnesota, where they obtained a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics. Recently, they attended Minnesota State University, Mankato, and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. No field of study was specified for their MBA program.
