Sean Bohl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and consumer experience optimization. Currently serving as the Senior Director of the Consumer Experience Center at Banner Health since April 2016, Sean is responsible for modeling contact center demand and workforce capacity planning to meet performance goals. Prior to this role, Sean spent over 22 years at American Express as the Director of Operational Risk, where management of operational risks and compliance adherence was pivotal. Sean's career began as an Industrial Engineer at Management Analysis, Inc., contributing to government privatization studies. An alumnus of Virginia Tech, Sean holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.
