Paulo Victor Shyton

Paulo Victor Shyton is a seasoned professional in UX research and design, currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at banQi since November 2025. Previously, Paulo held the position of Senior Research Ops at Itaú Unibanco, focusing on developing automated solutions using Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate, and creating AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio to support research operations. At ZENVIA, as a Senior Research Ops, Paulo analyzed customer experience data and developed interactive dashboards to enhance strategic decision-making. Early experience includes roles as a UX Researcher at Stone and UX Designer at RD, where Paulo worked on usability testing, user research, and data analysis, alongside developing automation tools. Paulo began the career as a Web Designer at Bit Seguros, contributing to Front-End development and data analysis. Academically, Paulo is pursuing a postgraduate degree in UX/UI Design at Istituto Europeo di Design and holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Design and Multimedia from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
