Charles Lehmann

Charles Lehmann is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in mainframe systems and architecture. Currently serving as a Mainframe System Programmer at BCV - Banque Cantonale Vaudoise since April 2024, Charles has also held significant positions at Kyndryl and IBM, focusing on z/OS installation, security compliance, and IT architecture. In addition to IT roles, Charles is the General Manager of DESTINATION MONTAGNE AVENTURE, contributing part-time to pioneer the profession in Switzerland. Previous roles include Secretary General at the Union of International Mountain Leaders Associations and Technical Sales Specialist at ERTI, showcasing a blend of technical expertise and leadership across various organizations.
