Hossam ElMaghraby is an experienced professional with a robust background in strategy planning, performance analysis, and change management. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy Planning, Performance Analysis & Change Management at Banque du Caire since June 2019, Hossam previously held key roles including Head of PMO & Change Management and Senior Project Manager within the same division. Prior to Banque du Caire, Hossam worked at MAGRABi from August 2006 to June 2019, where accomplishments included leading the Group Strategy and Project Management Office, implementing agile strategy methods, and driving significant revenue growth in merchandising. Hossam's diverse experience spans various areas, including operations, marketing, and product management, supported by a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Middlesex University specializing in Marketing and International Business.
