Samantha Hicks

Samantha Hicks has worked as an Interior Designer at The Finished Room from 1999 to 2002. Samantha then served as an Education and Marketing Officer at the Australian College of Pharmacy Practice & Management from 2003 to 2004. After that, they worked as a Workplace Trainer and Assessor at the Accredited Training Institute from 2004 to 2005. Samantha then joined ANZSOG - The Australia and New Zealand School of Government, where they held various roles including Marketing Assistant from 2005 to 2006, Marketing Officer from 2006 to 2008, Senior Marketing Officer from 2008 to 2013, and Manager of Programs from 2013 to 2018. In 2018, Samantha started working at the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions as a Senior Advisor for Leadership and Manager Development. Currently, they are working at Baptcare, where they initially held the position of Manager, Learning and Development from 2020 onwards and is currently serving as the Head of Learning and Capability since January 2023.

From 2006 to 2008, Samantha Hicks pursued a Masters degree in Business (Marketing) at RMIT University.
