Tara Robinson

Tara Robinson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in quality, compliance, and people enablement. Currently serving as the HR Services Lead for Quality & Compliance at BaptistCare NSW & ACT since August 2021, Tara previously held roles including HR Administration Officer. Prior to this position, Tara worked at the Commonwealth Bank from January 2019 to August 2021 as a People Enablement Analyst and HR Advisor. Tara's career began at McDonald's as a Customer Experience Leader from March 2017 to January 2019, and earlier as a Receptionist at Lennox Automotive Repairs from January 2015 to August 2016. Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from Macquarie University, earned between 2016 and 2019.
