Aruna Kumar Patri is the Head of India Employment Legal at Barclays, where they manage all employment legal issues and support employment matters across the APAC region. They have a demonstrated history of working in the services industry and possess skills in negotiation, team building, and corporate governance. Previously, Aruna held various legal positions, including Vice President and Legal Counsel, where they managed legal risks and compliance. With a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Aruna is also a certified Design Thinker, public speaker, mentor, life coach, and social worker.
