James Morris

James has worked at Barclays for over 21 years, starting his career on the graduate programme in 1999. He has undertaken a number of leadership roles across Corporate and Investment Banking, most recently, Managing Director, Head of UK Insurance & Captive Banking within the Financial Institutions Group. James was appointed as National Head of Business & Professionals Services in January 2021 with responsibility for the national proposition in the UK.

James takes a lead role in the Diversity and Inclusion Council where he has been externally recognised and named among the “50 Leading Lights in the UK”.
