Jonathon McNeil

Jonathon McNeil is an accomplished director with extensive experience in technology strategy and governance at Barclays since January 2015. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy Performance & Governance, Jonathon oversees technology performance across Barclays Group while directly supporting the Group Chief Information Officer. Previous roles include Head of Workforce Aggregate Planning & Governance, where responsibility encompassed operational planning for approximately 20,000 colleagues, and leading strategic transformation initiatives within Barclays UK COO. Earlier career achievements at Barclaycard included roles in change management and forecasting, along with a strong foundation in customer service. Jonathon holds an MA in International Relations and Security and a BA in International Politics and Policy from the University of Liverpool.
