Rich Seet is an experienced employment and litigation lawyer with a focus on Asia Pacific employment law issues. They currently serve as the Head of Employment Legal for APAC at Barclays, where they previously held positions as Vice President and Assistant Vice President. Prior to their tenure at Barclays, Rich was a Senior Associate at WongPartnership LLP, working within both the Commercial and Corporate Disputes Practice and the Employment Practice. Rich obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours from the National University of Singapore and also studied at Fudan University, earning distinctions in Private International Law and Foreign Legal Systems.
