Craig Abouchar

Craig Abouchar is a Managing Director at Barings, where since May 2016, responsibilities include leading the European High Yield Bond business and serving on the European High Yield Investment Committee. Prior to this role, Craig was CEO Europe and Portfolio Manager at Castle Hill Asset Management from January 2010 to May 2016, and held the position of Portfolio Manager at Axial Investment from September 2008 to January 2010. Earlier in his career, Craig served as Head of High Yield/Leverage Loans at Insight Investment from 1995 to 1997. Academically, Craig holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from Columbia Business School and a BBA in Finance from Emory University.
