Jay Ohms

Jay Ohms is a senior programmer at Basecamp. Jay has been with the company since March 2015 and has held the title of Sr. Programmer since June 2022. Prior to joining Basecamp, Jay was a co-founder and developer at TwentyFive Squares from December 2012 to December 2016. Jay also worked as a developer at Sentry Data Systems from June 2010 to March 2013 and as a consultant at The Revere Group from July 2008 to May 2010.

They are on a team with Eron Nicholson - Principal Site Reliability Engineer, Jeremy Daer - Programmer, Security, Infrastructure & Performance, and Jeffrey Hardy - Programmer, Core Product. Jay Ohms reports to David Heinemeier Hansson, CTO & Co-Founder.
