Sarah Maslakowski is a Project Engineer II at BASF, managing a diverse portfolio with significant divisional and operational expenditures. Previously, Sarah served as an Improvement Engineer at Dow, focusing on continuous plant enhancements. As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Baker Hughes, solutions were presented that significantly improved machine output and reduced costs. Sarah played a leadership role as an envoy lead for the Women in Engineering Program at Penn State University, mentoring students and facilitating their transition into engineering. Additional experience includes serving as Secretary for the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, mentoring freshmen, and holding a lifeguard position at Robinson Township Pool. Currently pursuing an MBA at Indiana University, Sarah holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
