Charlene Robert

Charlene Robert is an experienced safety and health professional with a strong background in occupational safety management. Currently serving as a Safety Manager at Bausch Health Companies Inc. since March 2018, Charlene provides vision and guidance in occupational safety and health, overseeing safety orientation and training. In a parallel role as Occupational Safety and Health Manager for Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority since July 2009, responsibilities include directing the regional Occupational Safety and Health Program and implementing various initiatives. Charlene has also held positions as an Occupational Safety and Health Officer, Quality, Health and Safety Coordinator at Russel Metals, and Quality, Health and Safety Specialist at Dow BioProducts Ltd. Charlene holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Manitoba and is pursuing degrees in Human Resource Management and Occupational Health & Safety from RRC Polytech.
