Randy Hopper

Randy Hopper is the current Chairman at Baxter Regional Medical Center. Randy has also worked as a COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT/BROKERAGE, PROJECT MANAGEMENT at JLL. There, they were the Retail Agency Leasing Lead for Greater Houston Market. Some of their previous work includes developing a288-unit, luxury multifamily housing project to address job growth in the Baytown market as well as spearheading the development of a 204-unit, luxury multifamily housing project to address the gap in the market of affordable rental property for growing young professional demographic.

Randy Hopper has a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business.
