Guru Honawad has over 24 years of experience in the healthcare and engineering sectors, holding leadership roles at prominent companies such as Baxter International Inc. and GE Healthcare. At Baxter, positions included Director of Systems Engineering R&D for Renal Care and Sr. Manager for Renal Care Systems, demonstrating a strong focus on innovation and management in product development. Prior to Baxter, significant contributions were made at GE Healthcare as Senior Engineering Manager for Anesthesia & Respiratory Care, where Guru built high-performance teams, and as Product Program Manager for Wing-to-wing Product Development in the India region. Earlier career roles included positions at Wipro GE Medical Systems and Softel Technologies, starting as a Software Engineer. Guru holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Karnatak University.
