Janet Davidson

Janet Davidson, OC, MHSA, LLD, serves as a board member for the Waterloo Regional Health Network and Health Workforce Canada, where Janet also chairs the Finance and Audit Committee. With extensive experience in healthcare governance, Janet has been an advisory board member at Bayshore HealthCare since January 2016 and a consultant since September 2015. Janet's past roles include board membership at the Hospital for Sick Children and chair of the board at the Canadian Institute for Health Information. Janet also held the position of interim CEO at Nova Scotia Health Authority in late 2019 and served as board chair of the New Digital Research Infrastructure Organization until September 2022. Janet's educational background includes a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Alberta, a Directors' Education Program from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Windsor.
