Shawn Hyde

Shawn Hyde is an organizational leader focused on culture, systems, and people development. Currently serving as the InCommon Network Strategist at OneHope and as an Associate Pastor at Bayside Church, Shawn also held the position of Connections Pastor at Hills Church earlier in 2025. Previously, Shawn served as the Lead Children's Pastor at Gateway Church from 2022 to 2024 and as the Children's Director at Austin Ridge Bible Church in 2012 to 2013. Shawn's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Global Ministry Design from Southeastern University and two additional master's and bachelor's degrees from Liberty University.
