Sally Gutteridge

Sally Gutteridge has extensive experience in executive assistant roles, currently serving as an Executive Assistant to the Partner and Chairman of the Investment Committee, and to the Chief Operating Officer and Partner at BC Partners since November 2016. Prior to this, Sally worked at Burberry in various capacities including Recognition Manager and Resourcing Manager, where responsibilities encompassed employee reward programs, global recruitment processes, and executive assistance to senior leadership. Early career positions included roles at Pringle of Scotland, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, and Jean & Martin Pallant Ltd., where Sally developed strong organizational and management skills across multiple sectors. Education includes attendance at Esher College and Ursuline Convent, achieving GCSE qualifications.
