Courtney McCormick

Courtney McCormick is an undergraduate student at Vanderbilt University pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human and Organizational Development, expected to graduate in 2025. Currently serving as a Supply Chain Summer Intern at Unilever, Courtney has also been selected for an incoming Summer Consulting Intern position at Oliver Wyman for 2024, and participated in the OW Diversity Leadership Summit. As a founding member of the Phi Chi Theta Business Fraternity and an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for the Technology Strategy course at Vanderbilt, Courtney demonstrates leadership and academic support capabilities. Additional roles include New Member Director for Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity, Student Consultant for The Wond'ry, and participation in the BCG Women's Advance Program. Previous experience includes positions in teaching assistance and restaurant service, alongside a virtual internship at Stanford University focusing on machine learning and Autism treatments.
