Pete Lembo

Pete Lembo has worked in the Human Resources field since 2002. Pete began their career as a Human Resources Generalist for Korg USA. In 2011, they moved to Heatherwood Communities as a Human Resources employee. In 2012, they became the Employment Manager for Bridgehampton National Bank, responsible for recruitment and onboarding of all branches and office departments, as well as biweekly payroll for 300+ employee population. In 2014, they held two positions: Sr. Recruiter for FIS Staffing Solutions and Technical Recruiter for Strategic Healthcare Staffing. In 2017, they became a Benefits Administrator for a contract position. Finally, in 2018, they were the Human Resources Director for Electronic Payments, Inc., streamlining and developing all HR applications for a rapidly growing organization. In 2021, they took on the role of Talent Acquisition Manager for BCT Partners.

Pete Lembo earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the New York Institute of Technology between 1991 and 2000.
