Erik Seppala

Erik Seppala is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as Vice President at BCT-The Community's Bank since September 2023, Erik previously held the position of 1st Vice President and SBA Relationship Manager II at EagleBank from December 2014 to September 2023. Prior to that, Erik was an AVP and Commercial Loan Officer at Sonabank from November 2008 to December 2014 and served as Assistant Vice President at Sandy Spring Bank from October 2005 to November 2008. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business and an Associate's degree in Business Management from Northern Virginia Community College.
