Jerry Lombardo

Jerry Lombardo joined BCW in January 2020 as the Group Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining BCW, Mr. Lombardo served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ditech Holding Corporation, an independent originator and servicer of mortgage loans and servicer of reverse mortgage loans, where he jointly led the company through a restructuring and sales process while returning the company to profitability.

Mr. Lombardo also served as the Treasurer of the Consumer and Community Bank at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2013 – 2017, where he managed all treasury-related functions for each of the firm’s five consumer businesses including mortgage, auto finance, card, consumer banking and business banking. Prior to serving in senior leadership positions with Ditech and JPMorgan Chase & Co., Mr. Lombardo served as the Global Head of Funding & Liquidity for Ally Financial from 2009 – 2012, where he assisted in the transformation of the firm’s global treasury organization. Mr. Lombardo was also a senior financial executive at Cerberus Capital Management, where he supported portfolio companies in the transformation of their business planning, forecasting and liquidity functions. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lombardo held senior finance roles including Senior Managing Director of FTI Consulting and Chief Financial Officer of Refco.

Mr. Lombardo is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Pace University.
