Pat Kramer is the current Global CEO at [BDO International](/org/bdo), and was previously the CEO of BDO Canada from July 2022 to November 2022. Prior to that, they were the Office Managing Partner at BDO Canada for 9 years, where they led the team through a strong period of growth, including a merger that doubled the size of the practice and the expansion of the Calgary office advisory services. In 2010, they joined the BDO Large Market Management Board and assumed the role of Assurance and Accounting Business Line Leader for the Large Market Region. Prior to joining BDO Canada, they were a Partner at BDO Dunwoody LLP based out of the Hamilton office, where they specialized in serving clients in select industries, including colleges, insurance and transportation businesses. Pat also served as the Human Resources Partner for the office.

Eskander has more than 23 years of professional services experience and serves as the National Leader for the Manufacturing practice as well as the Management Advisory Services practice. Eskander also leads the Industry 4.0 initiative, driving automation, connectivity and workforce transformation across our clients and their entire value chain. Accordingly, his passion is around helping client realize a robust global value chain that supports the meets the ever-changing demand patterns of customers while delivery goods and services timely in a highly competitive landscape.

Eskander’s experiences include both the technical knowledge associated with complex technology, supply chain, financial, and operational performance improvements and the “high touch” interaction style that improves the flow and timeliness of complex, transformational engagements.

Eskander specializes in the Manufacturing, Private Equity and Natural Resources industries and has worked on both domestic and expanding multinational implementations. Within the Manufacturing industry, he has led numerous transformational projects within the chemicals, food manufacturing and petrochemicals subsegments.

Tiffany Prudhomme has 25 years of public accounting experience, including client-facing service delivery, audit quality, professional practice, and other leadership roles.

Tiffany currently serves as a technical partner for the Central Region of BDO USA, LLP. In this role, she oversees the delivery of the region’s audit and attestation services and implements and monitors audit quality initiatives. Tiffany is also a member of BDO’s Professional Practice whereby she consults with engagement teams on the resolution of audit, accounting, and reporting issues and compliance with professional standards and firm policies.

Prior to her tenure with BDO, Tiffany spent a significant portion of her career with a Big Four firm which included experience as a client service partner and five years in various professional practice (National Office) roles. Her client service included direct responsibility for leading financial statement and internal control over financial reporting audits. She has served large Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registrants as well as a diverse group of privately held companies. Tiffany has extensive experience with Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) auditing standards. Tiffany’s National Office roles included monitoring U.S. and international standard setting and developing interpretive guidance on accounting and auditing matters.

Currently, Tiffany also serves as a National leader of BDO’s Multicultural Alliance.

Stephen Darley is the CEO of [BDO International](/org/bdo)'s Asia Pacific division. Stephen has over 20 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry. 

Stephen started their career at [KPMG](/org/kpmg) in 1989 and rose through the ranks to become a director in 2001. Stephen then moved to RSM Nelson Wheeler in 2002 as executive director for Thailand. In 2006, they joined [Standard Chartered Bank](/org/standard-chartered-bank) as a consultant for alternative investments in Hong Kong. 

In 2008, they were appointed Asia Pacific regional director for PKF International Limited. Stephen held this position until 2012 when they became the CEO of [BDO International](/org/bdo)'s Asia Pacific division.

Stephen Darley has a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus in Accountancy from Queensland University of Technology.

Their manager is Keith Farlinger, Global CEO. Stephen Darley works with Chris Smith - Global Head of Audit and Assurance, Robert Aziz - Global Head of Tax, and Belinda Thompson - Global Head of IT. Some individuals on their team include Tony Schiffman - Managing Partner, Brisbane, BDO Australia & Board Director, Jiandi Zhu - Managing Partner, BDO China & Board Director.

Stephen Darley

Belinda Thompson is the current Global Head of IT at [BDO International](/org/bdo). Belinda has transformed IT into a strategic business partner for BDO in Australia, and led the design and implementation of multiple large scale projects. Belinda has also worked as the National Knowledge & Information Manager for [BDO Australia](/org/bdo-australia), and as Manager, Planning & Development for [The Star Entertainment Group](/org/the-star-entertainment-group). In their role as Manager, Knowledge Sharing for the Victorian Department of Environment and Primary Industries, they were responsible for strategic planning, internal communication and staff development issues across the organisation.

Some of their coworkers include Stephen Darley - CEO Asia Pacific, Chris Smith - Global Head of Audit and Assurance, and Anders Heede - Global COO. Their manager is Keith Farlinger, Global CEO.

Belinda Thompson

Anders Heede is the Global COO at [BDO International](/org/bdo). Anders has held this position since September 2011. Prior to this, they were the CEO of BDO from January 2008 to September 2011. Anders has also held the position of EVP Marketing & Development at Tvilum from January 2005 to December 2008, and Sr. Managing Director at ferrosan from January 2001 to December 2005. Before that, they were an Associate Partner at McKinsey from January 1996 to December 2001, and Business Manager at Rockwool International from January 1992 to December 1996.

Heede has a degree in Cand.Merc, which is focused on strategy and marketing from the [Copenhagen Business School](/org/copenhagen-business-school). Anders also has a MS in Economics & Business Administration from the same school. Most recently, they completed a business program at the [University of Washington](/org/university-of-washington).

Allan Evans is the current Global Head of Business Development and Marketing at [BDO International](/org/bdo). Allan has held this position since January 2000. Prior to their current role, they were the Head of Sales and Marketing at PwC from January 1998 to December 2000. From there, they moved to [BDO International](/org/bdo) Ltd and then to their current role at [BDO International](/org/bdo).

Allan Evans has an MBA from the [University of Southampton](/org/university-of-southampton), a CIM Diploma from Croydon College, and a Bsc in Biology from the University of Manchester. Allan also has a certification in BSc MBA from an unspecified institution.

Wayne Berson is the CEO of BDO USA, LLP. He previously served as the Atlantic Assurance Regional Managing Partner and from 2010 through 2012 as Chairman of the BDO Board of Directors. His participation in key Firm initiatives has included the Women’s Initiative, Alliance program, National Ad Campaign, International Recruiting Initiative, IT Advisory Committee, Leadership Institute Committee and Marketing Task Force.  Wayne is also Chair of the Global Board of Directors of BDO International, Ltd.

He has been interviewed in national accounting publications such as Accounting Today, Journal of Accountancy, Practical Accountant, [The Wall Street Journal](/org/the-wall-street-journal), various state society magazines, and the Washington Business Journal, which in 2012 and 2013 named him as one of the Washington, D.C. region’s one-hundred most powerful business leaders. In 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016,2017 and 2018 he was included in Accounting Today’s list of the top 100 most influential people and in 2017 named as one of Accounting Today’s 2017 Managing Partner Elite. In 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019 he was named to the NACD Directorship 100, and in 2016 he was presented with the year’s GWSCPA Outstanding Service to the Profession Award.

Wayne Berson

Bill Eisig is managing partner of BDO USA’s Atlantic Region. He oversees 1,100 people across ten BDO offices from Philadelphia through the Carolinas. He is responsible for all aspects of office operations including managing audit, tax, regional strategy, recruiting, human resources, business development, finance, and information technology. Bill has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting and is the engagement partner for select large and prestigious nonprofit organizations.

In addition to overseeing the Atlantic Region, Bill serves BDO USA as the Audit Department representative for the Firm’s Information Technology Advisory Council. From 2009 through 2016 he was BDO USA’s designated Audit Quality Partner for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Government Audit Quality Center. Bill is well-known for his knowledge and experience with federal funding issues, foundations, associations, public charities, joint-costs and allocation of expenses, financial reporting and numerous other issues impacting nonprofits and was a part of the AICPA Committee who wrote the AICPA’s guidance on auditing entities that receive federal funding (sampling and compliance findings).

Bill is the founding member and leader of the BDO Institute for Nonprofit Excellence. He has co-authored two ASAE publications called “Association Audits from A-Z” and “How to Read Nonprofit Financial Statements” and has lectured and spoken to a variety of audiences and Boards of Directors on issues that impact the nonprofit community.

William Eisig

Albert Lopez has more than 36 years of experience in public accounting and as an international consulting partner to Latin America. He works closely with his clients' management teams on general business issues and planning. He is involved in all phases of accounting and auditing, mergers, consolidations, and reorganizations. His industry experience includes real estate, construction, distribution, technology, communications and nonprofits.
 
Albert has extensive technical experience with the [Securities and Exchange Commission](/org/sec) (SEC) rules and regulations and annual 10-K filing requirements. He has taken numerous companies public, including foreign companies raising capital in the United States, and he consults with clients on both mergers and consolidations.

Natalie Kotlyar has been serving clients in the consumer products industry for more than 20 years with a focus on licensing, retail, and distribution. She is the leader of BDO’s national Retail & Consumer Products industry practice. 
 
Natalie provides her clients with a range of services, including financial statement auditing, business advisory consulting, and examinations of special reports. She has extensive experience working with [Securities and Exchange Commission](/org/sec) (SEC) reporting companies, including assisting them with debt and equity offerings. Natalie has participated in more than 20 mergers and acquisitions, where she was specifically involved in the purchase transactions and the due diligence process.
 
Natalie also serves as the firm’s liaison to Israel as well as Eastern European countries.

Natalie Kotlyar

Mike is the Tax Office Managing Partner for the firm’s San Francisco office. His 19 years of public accounting experience has all been at BDO. During this time, he has specialized in working with high-net-worth individuals and families, including founders of large venture capital funds, owners of closely held businesses and C-level executives of multinational corporations. He also has extensive experience in the partnership area, both with family limited partnerships and large venture capital funds.

Monika Loving is the national practice leader for the International Tax Services group with more than 20 years of experience advising clients on international tax issues. In addition, Monika participates in the growth of the global tax practice through serving as a member of the BDO International Corporate International Tax Centre of Excellence. 

She has extensive experience working with international mergers and acquisitions, including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, tax-efficient supply-chain restructuring, Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) implications, and international tax aspects of ASC 740.

Monika works with a diverse group of public and private multinational companies within the financial services, insurance, technology, and manufacturing and distribution industries. She focuses on developing strong client relationships through hands-on management and engagement with clients.  

She has been a frequent presenter on international tax topics at professional conferences and education events.

John is a regional managing partner of Tax services at BDO, leading over 600 tax professionals in 14 cities across the Midwest. 

He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of corporate tax, consulting businesses of all sizes and ownership structures with a focus on private-equity backed businesses. He has more than 28 years of professional tax experience serving clients in diver industries including manufacturing, consumer products, technology, and for-profit healthcare.

John’s experience includes corporate, partnership, mergers and acquisitions, international and multi-state taxation. He has consulted on a broad array of tax issues, including initial public offering (IPO) transactions, mergers and acquisitions, research and development (R&D) credits, tax accounting methods, and accounting for income taxes. Additionally, he has advised on [Internal Revenue Service](/org/internal-revenue-service) (IRS) exam assistance and strategies focused on planning to defer and minimize tax and the accumulation of wealth.

In addition to public accounting, John was a leader in Ford Motor Company’s Office of Tax Counsel for six years, assisting with numerous strategic initiatives including focuses on reducing direct cash taxes, reducing the company’s global effective tax rate, and driving process improvements in the tax compliance area.

As a BDO Board Member and South Florida Managing Partner, Tony is well-known for his community and industry leadership. He previously led the growth of the largest Florida-based professional services firm to becoming one of the top 40 accounting firms in the nation. Tony has been involved with a broad spectrum of industries which gives him unique experience and insight into all aspects of the financial well-being of his clients.

Over the last 40 years, Tony has developed extensive in-depth knowledge and experience in practices involving audits, business planning, economic damages, fraud examinations, valuations and litigation cases. Tony is a highly respected and nationally recognized practitioner in litigation consulting services.

He has actively served on the leading industry associations, chairing many key committees in furtherance of the accounting industry. He has served on the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) Nominations Committee, on the governing body of the [AICPA](/org/aicpa)’s Council and on the PCP Executive Committee and its Technical Issues Committee. In 1986, Tony was appointed to Florida’s Board of Accountancy and was then elected to chair the Board and chair its Probable Cause Panel as well.
