Carolyn Sidebotham

Carolyn Sidebotham is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at BDR Thermea Group since January 2022. Prior to this role, Carolyn was a Talent, Learning & Culture Business Partner at Warburtons from October 2016 to December 2021. Carolyn's earlier experience includes significant positions at The Co-op, where responsibilities ranged from leading the HR transformation programme to managing emerging talent strategies and overseeing a large training team for food retail operations. Carolyn's career also includes roles at Procter & Gamble and P&G Pharmaceuticals focused on capability development across the EMEA region. Carolyn holds a BA Hons in Business and Management from The University of Sheffield.
