Valentin Grivel

Valentin Grivel currently serves as Responsable amélioration continue and Chef de projet industriel at BDR Thermea Group, a position held since May 2021, where responsibilities include heat pump reliability analysis. Prior to this, Valentin Grivel worked as an Ingénieur consultant in the industrial sector at EFOR from May 2021 to April 2022. Valentin Grivel also gained valuable experience at SNCF from September 2014 to October 2019, first as an Apprenti ingénieur methods and maintenance planning, focusing on reorganizing maintenance teams and improving TGV reliability, and then as an Apprenti dirigeant de proximité, engaging with maintenance technicians and contributing to team management and environmental quality initiatives. Academic qualifications include an engineering degree from ESIPE - École supérieure d’ingénieurs de Paris-Est (2016-2019) and ongoing studies at the University of Otago since 2020.
