Kayla Freeman

Ms. Freeman is responsible for leading the business development and account management functions for the Beacon Hill Technologies team in Dallas, Texas. Soon after graduation, she fell into the world of IT Staffing on the delivery side of the business, establishing strong relationships and placing exceptional IT talent in the local market. She realized very quickly that her passion was on the client side of the business as well as mentoring others on her team. She prides herself in building countless relationships with IT professionals in DFW, and working with clients in a partnership by listening to their individual needs to deliver top talent. By putting her clients first throughout every step of the process, she has a proven track record of consistently delivering the highest quality talent in a timely manner. Ms. Freeman received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Southern Methodist University.
