Dipen is the Business Risk Officer for the C3PRI division within the London Stock Exchange Group. He has over 25 years’ experience as a Programme Manager delivering Risk solutions in Financial Services.

Georgina Thomas is the current Head of Geography at [Beacon School](/org/beacon-school). Prior to that, they were an Assistant National Curriculum Lead (Geography) for OneSchool Global UK from March 2019 to September 2019. In that role, Georgina was responsible for interim departmental goals, GCSE development, and working with the OCR A specification. 

Georgina has also been a Ski Instructor at The Lake Louise Ski Resort from November 2018 to March 2019 and a Teacher of Geography and Head of Year at Holmer Green Senior School from September 2015 to August 2018.

Georgina Thomas completed a Bachelor of Arts in Geography at the [University of Leicester](/org/university-of-leicester). Georgina then went on to complete a Post Graduate Diploma of Education at the University of Birmingham.

They are on a team with Jemima Elcomb - Head of Lower School, Years 3 & 4, Denise Lacour - Head of Learning Support, SENDCo, Years 4-5, and David Robinson - Director of Sport. Georgina Thomas reports to Simon Detre, Headmaster.

Simon Detre has been appointed interim Headmaster for the Summer term at The Beacon prior to the arrival of Nick Baker from Wetherby Prep. He became a key member of The Beacon team, joining as Deputy Head (Academic & Digital) in 2018. Before exploring his passion for education, Simon enjoyed a successful career in the IT industry. Since qualifying as a teacher, he has held the positions of Senior Deputy Head at St Anthony’s School in Hampstead, Senior Master at Westminster Abbey Choir School and Headmaster of St Teresa’s School, Princes Risborough. Simon is also an inspector for the Independent Schools Inspectorate.

Kerry Inch is currently the Marketing Manager at [Beacon School](/org/beacon-school). Prior to this, they were an Account Director at Certain Ltd., a creative agency based in Shoreditch, London. Kerry has also worked as the UK Marketing Manager for Karma Group Global, and as an Account Director at Bamboo Creative Ltd. 

During their time at Bamboo Creative Ltd., Kerry worked with a variety of clients, including Karma Group, [Chivas Brothers](/org/chivas-brothers), [Treasury Wine Estates](/org/treasury-wine-estates), Heathrow Express, Thomas Sanderson, UEFA, Shell UK, UNITE, and Rugby Clubs. Kerry was instrumental in winning several awards for their work on campaigns such as the Karma Club Membership Launch, Wolf Blass Ashes Australia Vs England Cricket Legends Event Campaign, and Lindeman's Hidden Gems International Engagement Campaign. 

Kerry is a highly creative and strategic thinker, with a proven track record in delivering successful marketing campaigns. Kerry is passionate about their work and is always looking for new ways to engage and connect with their audience.

Kerry Inch reports to Simon Detre, Headmaster. They work with Frank Muzika - Director, Finance & Operations, Olivia Kearns - Head of Mathematics, and Fiona Ensor - Head of Medical Centre, Matron.

Gail Gamble joined The Beacon in 2016 as Head of HR, working closely with Governors and the E-team to lead the strategic HR agenda. Gail originally qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen, specialising in compensation and benefits. She then moved client side into the marketing sector where she was a Board Director for over 10 years at AMV BBDO and went on to hold a variety of HR leadership positions within the Omnicom global marketing communications network before joining The Beacon. Gail is also qualified at Practitioner Level with an avid interest in executive and leadership development.

Michelle Jackson is the current head of art at [Beacon School](/org/beacon-school). Michelle was previously a teacher at Dr Challoner's Grammar School from January 2005 to December 2019.

They are on a team with Steve Miles - Head of Middle School, Years 5 & 6, Kathryn Grudgings - PA to the Headmaster, and Fiona Jones - Head of Modern Foreign Languages. Michelle Jackson reports to Simon Detre, Headmaster.

Zenelle Oosthuizen is currently the Head of Drama at [Beacon School](/org/beacon-school). Zenelle has previous experience working as a Drama Teacher at Tring Park School for the Performing Arts from September 2011 to September 2017. Zenelle also has experience working as a Drama Volunteer at Space 2 Create from July 2012 to August 2012.

Zenelle Oosthuizen has a Bachelor's Degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, General from the [University of Exeter](/org/university-of-exeter). Zenelle also has a High School diploma in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, General from the Arts Educational School, Tring Park.

Frank Muzika joined The Beacon in January 2019 as Director of Finance & Operations, responsible for Finance, Estates, IT and Compliance. Before his role at The Beacon, Frank’s experience in the commercial sector was considerable. He became the Co-Founder of the Toys “R” Us UK business in 1985, progressing to Finance & Administration Director, Deputy Managing Director and, ultimately, UK Lead Executive together with the European Chief Financial Officer role until 2018.

Nick Baker, BA PGCE, joined The Beacon as Headmaster in July 2022. He lived in Amersham as a boy and was educated at Dr Challoner’s Grammar School, UCL (Geography) and Newcastle University (PGCE). His teaching career began in the senior school state sector before spending three years as Head of Geography at Chesham Prep between 2001 and 2004.  He joined Wetherby Prep School in London in 2004, initially as Senior Master, then Deputy Head in 2006 and Headmaster in 2008. Between 2014 and 2017, he was the founding Headmaster of Wetherby Senior School, alongside his existing role as Head of the Prep School.

Bhavin Shah is currently a Trustee at [Beacon School](/org/beacon-school). Prior to that, they were with NatWest from January 2018 to December 2020, where they served as Business Lead (MD), IBOR Replacement Programme. Bhavin was responsible for strategically driving a market and regulatory initiative to get the best outcome for customers and the bank, which resulted in the first ever SONIA loan offering, paving the way for the loan markets to transition away from Libor. Bhavin also developed strong relations with key players in the transition (including regulators) and was seen as a Thought Leader in the market.

From January 2016 to December 2018, Bhavin Shah was Head of Debt Products at The Royal Bank of Scotland. In this role, they developed the discipline of Product Management across the lending business, which covered a broad range of products serving the Business Banking, Asset Finance and Large Corporate lending space. Their team managed customer journeys for loan products and drove the simplification of the product suite. Bhavin also made key decisions around product strategies and drove the risk appetite for the products.

From January 2015 to December 2016, Bhavin Shah was Head of Capital Resolution at RBS.

Bhavin Shah's educational career includes completing a Bachelor of Science in Management Sciences from [The University of Manchester](/org/the-university-of-manchester), an Executive MBA from [Harvard University](/org/harvard), and A-Levels in Economics, Maths and Physics from [Sevenoaks School](/org/sevenoaks-school). Bhavin also has a certification from SOSTAC in Product Management Training and a certification from Standard & Poors in Corporate Credit Risk Analysis.

Molly Entrician has been working in education for over fifteen years. Molly started their career as a teacher at York House School, where they taught for seven years. Molly then became the Head of Lower School, a position they held for two years. In July 2020, they left York House School to become a Trustee at [Beacon School](/org/beacon-school).

Molly Entrician has a Master of Education from the [University of Hertfordshire](/org/university-of-hertfordshire) and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Winchester. Molly also has a Primary Education qualification from Berkhamsted School.
