Tracy Huitika has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tracy is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Beanworks by Quadient since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Information Officer, Engineering & Data from October 2020 to September 2021. Tracy also worked as the VP of Engineering from March 2019 to October 2020 at the same company.
Before joining Beanworks by Quadient, Tracy held positions at Unbounce, where they were the Acting Head of Operations from March 2018 to March 2019 and the Director of Data from October 2016 to March 2019.
Tracy has also worked at Roadhouse Interactive as the Director of Development Operations from December 2014 to July 2016, and at Electronic Arts (EA) as the Senior Development Director - FIFA Football Online Services (FOS) from February 2014 to September 2014.
Additionally, Tracy has served as an Executive Board Member for the BC Chapter of Canadian Women in Technology (CanWIT) from August 2010 to July 2014 and as the Director of Business Development - Aviation at MDA from August 2010 to February 2014.
Earlier in their career, Tracy held positions at Rocket Gaming Systems as the Director of Game Development from July 2009 to August 2010 and as the Manager of Game Development from April 2008 to July 2009. Tracy also worked at MDA as a Software Engineer/Development Lead from September 2000 to March 2008.
Tracy began their career at IBM Pacific Development Centre as a Technology Analyst from April 1999 to December 1999 and at iSTAR internet inc. as a Corporate Integration Specialist from September 1996 to January 1997.
Throughout their career, Tracy has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic skills, successfully managing teams, driving product development, and implementing processes to support business objectives.

Tracy Huitika attended Simon Fraser University from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Computing Science. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1998, Tracy attended The University of British Columbia for post-graduate courses in Physics.
From 1989 to 1996, Tracy Huitika attended the University of Manitoba, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Astronomy.
Tracy also pursued executive education in the field of business at The University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business, where they completed a program in 2011 and 2012.
Furthermore, Tracy Huitika has obtained several additional certifications. In 2022, they completed the Quadient Ignite Program from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning. In 2019, they received Scrum Master Certification (SMC) from The Knowledge Academy. In 2017, Tracy completed "The Leader's Discipline: A Coaching Approach to Leadership" from Roy Group Leadership.
