Jag Rughoo

Jag Rughoo has extensive experience in digital service management and claims operations within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Digital Service & Experience Manager and Global Digital Customer Success Manager at Beazley since March 2018, Jag is responsible for enhancing customer digital experiences. Prior to this role, Jag held the position of Information Technology Business Analyst. At ARK SYNDICATE MANAGEMENT LIMITED from March 2013 to May 2017, Jag was the Head of Claims Operations, overseeing key claims processes. Jag's career at Beazley began in March 2009, where responsibilities included roles as Claims Assistant and Claims Adjuster until August 2012.
