Larry Barrett

Larry Barrett currently serves as a Community Organizer at BECOME since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Data Scientist intern at the Human Rights Data Analysis Group, where data analysis and professional skill enhancement took place from November 2021 to March 2022. Larry worked as a Program Assistant at Adler University from October 2019 to November 2021, focusing on public safety and social justice. Previous positions at the Education Justice Project from September 2016 to September 2019 included Evaluation Specialist and Data Specialist, where management of large data sets and practical machine learning algorithm studies were key responsibilities. Larry Barrett is pursuing further education at the University of Illinois Chicago from August 2023 to May 2025 and has also attended College of Lake County since January 2022, with an earlier Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Danville Area Community College.
