Heidi Casaletto

Heidi Casaletto is an accomplished executive currently serving as the VP/GM and Global Platform Leader for Microbiology at BD since July 2025. Previously, from June 2023 to July 2025, Heidi held the position of Global Vice President, Head of Marketing & Strategy at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where efforts involved transforming the marketing structure to focus on strategic growth. Prior to that, from August 2021 to May 2023, Heidi was the VP of Marketing and Strategy for the Instrument and Enterprise Service Division at Thermo Fisher Scientific, directing service transformation strategies. Heidi's extensive experience also includes significant roles at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, where responsibilities included leading global portfolio strategy and managing the Transfusion Medicine business, as well as a position at Johnson & Johnson. Heidi holds a BSBA in Marketing and International Business from the University of Delaware.
