Matthew Eggleston

Matthew Eggleston is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and leadership roles at BD since 2001, currently serving as Manager of Material Projects & Master Data. In this hybrid role, Matthew coordinates with teams from multiple BD businesses on projects related to direct material sourcing and Master Data organization. Previous positions at BD include Business Unit Manager, where oversight of over 150 employees was achieved, and Sr. Manager, BD Excellence, focusing on plant-wide Lean management initiatives. Matthew's expertise extends to supply chain management, manufacturing operations, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Matthew served as President of the Custer County Farm Bureau, providing strategic leadership and ensuring financial health while engaging in policy development at the state level. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
