Sarah Grare

Sarah Grare is an experienced professional currently serving as Director at BD since September 2022. With a rich background in the healthcare and medical device industries, Sarah has held various leadership roles at Sandoz as Associate Director and Labeling Team Manager from June 2020 to September 2022, and at Stryker from October 2004 to June 2020 in multiple capacities including Program Director for Global Labeling and Packaging and Labeling. Additional experience includes a role as Product Manager at Stryker Orthopaedics and an administrative position at HOWMEDICA OSTEONICS CORP. Sarah has actively contributed as a Volunteer at Casting for Recovery since September 2014 and began a career in 1993 as a Senior Porous Coater after earning a BS in Marketing from Kean University in 2001.
