Lynn Huibers has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Sales role at Bakkerij Deneubourg in 2015. Lynn then moved on to be a Receptionist intern at Martin's Klooster Hotel in 2016, followed by an Event Intern role at JONGCD&V in 2017. In 2019, they worked as an Intern Assistant Producer at PANENKA, Intern Events at EXCEPTIONAL EVENTS, and Hostess at All Assistance Agency. In 2020, they were a Master Thesis at Bruid&Bubbels and, in 2021, they became a Campaign Manager and Junior Campaign Manager at BeInfluence Europe and a Social Media Manager at Lokaal Sterk, respectively.

Lynn Huibers obtained a Master's degree in Content & Media Strategy from NHL Stenden between 2020 and 2021. Prior to that, they studied Media and Entertainment Business at Thomas More University of Applied Sciences from 2017 to 2020. In 2021, they obtained certifications in Learning to Write Marketing Copy from LinkedIn in January and Google Analytics from Google in March.
