Mohsin Khan

Mohsin Khan has extensive experience in customer service and content quality management. Currently serving as Content Quality Supervisor at Believe since August 2021, Mohsin has progressed through various roles including Assistant Supervisor, Senior Administrator, and Administrator at Tune Core. Prior to this, experience as a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix involved managing retail banking for Chase, and at Intelenet Global Services, responsibilities included addressing customer queries related to card services. Additionally, Mohsin operated a self-employed business from 2013 to 2016, focusing on client management and staff oversight. Mohsin holds a Bachelor of Banking and Insurance from Rizvi Education Society's College of Arts Science and Commerce and completed schooling at St. Andrews High School.
