Paul Coleman

Paul Coleman has extensive experience in the residential development sector, currently serving as Managing Director at Bellway Homes since September 2009, after progressing through various leadership roles including Regional Director, Land & Technical Director, Land Director, and Senior Land Manager. Prior to this tenure, Paul held the position of Senior Land Manager at David Wilson Homes for a brief period in 2007-2008 and worked as a Land Manager at Redrow Homes from 2006 to 2007. Paul began the career as a Land Buyer at Sol Homes from 2003 to 2006. Paul Coleman holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Planning & Residential Development from Nottingham Trent University, completed between 1999 and 2003.
