Paula Pavlou

Paula Pavlou has extensive experience in the hospitality and travel industries, currently serving as PA to multiple Senior Vice Presidents at Belmond since May 2022. Previously, Paula was the Personal Assistant to the General Manager at The Cadogan, a Belmond Hotel, from September 2018 to May 2022. Paula's journey at Belmond began in March 2005, with roles as Product & Operations Executive and Reservations Consultant until September 2018. Prior experience includes positions as a Specialist Travel Consultant at Travelbag and Travel Advisor at Going Places Travel, alongside a role as a Cultural Representative at The Walt Disney Company. Paula holds a BA (Hons) in Tourism Management from the University of Plymouth, completed from 1997 to 2001, with earlier education at Upper Avon School in Wiltshire.
