Zafar Saifi

Zafar Saifi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and software engineering. Currently serving as the Founding Product Lead at Benchmark Health since January 2025, Zafar previously held positions at firsthand as a Product member and at Biomeme, Inc. as a Product Manager, where responsibilities included software engineering and liaising. Zafar co-founded and served as COO at both Project One, which developed an intelligent math homework platform, and EdinLabs, which created a web platform for automating the piloting of ed-tech products. Earlier experience includes tutoring in physics and math, and a research assistant role at the University of Albany, focusing on atmospheric studies related to global warming. Zafar's educational background is from Drexel University.
