Carmen Tong

Carmen Tong has extensive experience in social work, stakeholder management, and grants administration across various organizations. Currently serving as a Foundation Officer at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank since May 2024, Carmen focuses on providing philanthropic services and managing grant assessments. Previous roles include Caseworker at Uniting Communities, where Carmen supported clients with alcohol and other drug issues, and Grants and Administration Officer at The Wyatt Trust, responsible for grant assessment and policy development. Additional experience encompasses roles as a Complex Caseworker for Australian Red Cross and Project Coordinator for the Hong Kong Government, alongside teaching debate and speech at the Hong Kong Association of Debaters. Carmen holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Hong Kong Shue Yan University.
