Tanya Cornejo

Tanya Cornejo is a senior leader with over fifteen years of experience in fundraising and philanthropy. She has a track record of developing high-performing teams, implementing multi-tiered fundraising campaigns, and directing strategy to exceed fundraising goals. Tanya excels at fostering collaboration and communication.

At Benefactor Group, Tanya supports clients with campaign counsel, feasibility studies, and campaign planning and implementation.

Her past leadership roles include Chief Philanthropy Officer at United Way of Greater Cincinnati, Vice President of Philanthropy at Cincinnati Ballet, and Development Director of Cincinnati’s Ronald McDonald House (RMH). In these and other roles, Tanya led programs that realized nearly $400 million in gifts.

Tanya is a graduate of Miami University, and has an M.A. from New York University.
