Shannon Ghosh is the SVP, General Counsel & Secretary at Benevis. Shannon has over 17 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Shannon has previously served as the Assistant General Counsel & Lead M&A Counsel at D4C DENTAL BRANDS, INC., the Senior Counsel at National Vision, Inc., and the General Counsel and Vice President at Kauffman Tire.
