Melanie Wallace

Melanie Wallace is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success, corporate responsibility, and sustainable development. Currently serving as a Senior Client Success Manager at Benevity since July 2022, Melanie previously held various managerial roles at GoodLife Fitness, leading initiatives in corporate responsibility and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Notable achievements include the establishment of a Corporate Responsibility framework and a workplace giving program for thousands of employees. Melanie's career also encompasses policy analysis at the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada, research assisting for the Truth and Reconciliation Steering Committee at the University of Toronto, and roles in risk management at PwC and Bank of Montreal. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Princeton University and a Master of Arts in Global Affairs from the University of Toronto.
