Mathew Cole-Evans is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the automotive and lubrication industries, currently serving as Technical Manager for Powertrain Certification at Bentley Motors since June 2025. Previously, Mathew held the position of Technical Manager for Passenger Car Engine Oils at The Lubrizol Corporation, where key responsibilities included serving as a Subject Matter Expert for engine oil specifications and managing key accounts with European automotive OEMs. Mathew's career includes roles as a Test Development Engineer focusing on driveline and industrial lubricants, as well as work as a Design Engineer at JCB, leading design efforts for engines to comply with emissions legislation. Education includes a Master of Engineering in Automotive Engineering from Loughborough University and A Levels in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, and Computing from Havant College.
