Siobhan Crosby

Siobhan Crosby currently serves as the Director of Donor Relations at Bentley University, managing donor recognition and stewardship programs while fostering long-term relationships aligned with the university's mission. As the Founder and Chief Helpnologist of Helpnology, Siobhan provides tech training and support for individuals facing tech anxiety. Prior roles include Associate Director of Donor Relations Operations at Harvard Business School, where data management and financial stewardship were overseen, and various marketing and project management positions at organizations such as OCP, Imbibe Magazine, and The Motley Fool. Siobhan holds a BA in Liberal Arts from The George Washington University and a Graduate Certificate in Learning Design and Technology from Harvard Extension School.
