She has expertise in fiduciary accounting, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes, as well as a deep understanding of evolving tax law.
Ms. Clapp is an attorney with more than 25 years of experience providing advice to a range of high net worth individuals and groups. She is a trusted counsellor in matters of highly sophisticated income, gift and estate tax planning, philanthropy, foundation matters, complex trust administration, fiduciary advisory, family governance, family office operations, and entity compliance.
