Mark Crocker

Mark Crocker has extensive experience in corporate actions and transaction services within the financial sector, currently serving as the Transaction Services Head of Back Office UK at Berenberg since March 2018. Prior to this role, Mark held positions at Credo Wealth as Corporate Actions from May 2017 to February 2018, and at Citi as a Corporate Actions Specialist focused on client delivery from August 2015 to October 2016. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Analyst at Lehman Brothers, a Corporate Actions Specialist at ING and Deutsche Bank, and as a Senior Associate at Quilter Cheviot Ltd. Mark’s career in corporate actions began at Brewin Dolphin, where various roles were held, culminating in the position of International Corporate Actions Manager.
